Tickets & Access

Does this include a World Cup match ticket?
 No. This is a pregame event only.

Do I need to purchase in advance?
 Yes. This is a private, ticketed event with limited capacity.

Will tickets be available at the door?
 Only if the event is not sold out.

Timing & Entry

When should I arrive?
 You can arrive any time before kickoff. Earlier arrival is recommended.

Does the ticket include postgame access?
 No. This is a pregame-only event. Following the match, the venue will open to the public and entry will be subject to capacity and standard operating procedures.

Food & Drinks

What food is included?
 The buffet includes salad, chicken tenders, sliders, pizza, and mac & cheese.

What drinks are included?

Each ticket includes 2 alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, seltzers - 21+ only) and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

Is gratuity included?
 No.

Activities

Are activities reserved?
 No. All activities are first-come, first-served.

Alcohol & ID Policy

Do I need an ID?
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages and must present a valid ID to purchase alcohol. 

What is a valid ID?
Valid, acceptable forms of identification include: Massachusetts Driver’s License, Massachusetts Liquor ID, U.S. Military ID, Passport, or Passport Card. No other forms of identification will be accepted. Management reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest at its discretion.

Cancellations & Policies

Can I cancel?
Guests may cancel 14+ days before the event for a full refund. Any cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. 

Can I modify my ticket?
No changes allowed after purchase.
